미스 사이공(Miss Saigon)은 뮤지컬 레 미제라블을 만든 클로드미셸 쇤베르그와 알랭 부브릴의 1989년 작품. 줄거리의 근간은 자코모 푸치니의 나비부인이며, 직접적으로 모티브가 된 것은 베트남 전쟁 후에 퍼진 한 장의 사진이었다고 한다. 베트남 출신의 어머니가 혼혈인 아이를 미국인 아버지에게로 보내며 헤어지는 장면을 찍은 것이었는데, 보다시피 나비부인과 비슷하다.
1989년 영국 런던 웨스트 엔드의 드루리 레인 극장에서 초연하었으며 1999년까지 10년 동안 공연되었고, 1991년부터 2001년까지 브로드웨이에서도 공연되었다. 이후 2014년에 웨스트 엔드 프린스 에드워드 극장에서 25주년 리바이벌 프로덕션이 다시 올라왔고, 9월 22일 25주년 기념 갈라 공연이 열렸다.
오페라의 유령, 레 미제라블, 캣츠와 함께 뮤지컬 Big 4로 유명하다. 주옥같은 넘버들과 굉장히 화려한 볼거리 덕분에 굉장한 호평을 받았다. 특히 유명한 장면은 사이공 함락 장면의 헬리콥터 등장 장면과 엔지니어가 '아메리칸 드림'을 부를 때의 자유의 여신상과 캐딜락 장면.
