유다가 화려한 앙상블들을 거느리고 예수를 조롱하며 빈정거리는 장면. 기원전 4년 이스라엘에는 대중 매체도 없었는데 왜 그따위 시절에 왔는지, 하늘나라 올스타 중에서 부처랑 견줘볼 만한지, 마호멧이 진짜 기적을 일으켰는지 아니면 자기 선전인지 같은 비꼬는 질문들이 파격적이다. "이런 식으로 죽어서 신기록을 세우려고 그랬나" 같은 비아냥거림도 있다. "지저스 크라이스트 슈퍼스타, 당신은 누구고 뭘 위해 희생했는가" 가 반복되는 후렴구가 중독적.
