이번에 발매된 Ariana Grande의 정규 앨범 'Positions'에는 총 14곡이 수록되어 있는데, 이 중 무려 13곡은 빌보드 차트에 진입하게 되었다.이 앨범의 대표곡이라고 말할 수 있는 'Positions'. 이 곡 역시 3분이 채 안 되는 곡으로 그녀가 말하고자 하는 바를 확실하게 전달하는 곡이다. '34＋35'와 마찬가지로 예쁜 악기들이 그녀의 목소리를 뒷받침하기 위해 존재하고 노골적이진 않지만 역시나, 19금 표시를 해야 할 정도의 내용을 노래하는 내용이다. 사실 곡 내용은 '너를 위해 내가 바꾼다'라고 하지만 있는 그대로 이해했을 때 이렇게 느껴지지, 여자 스스로가 주체적으로 사랑하는 남자를 위해 본인이 바꾼다고 하는 내용이다. 즉, 자신의 의지를 표현하는 것이지, 수동적이거나 억지로 하는 내용이 아니다. 사실 그녀는 자신이 성장한 이후, 모든 가사를 주체적으로 본인이 원하는 상황으로 만들어왔다.
