PC 통신을 통해 서로의 아픈 과거를 치유하는 두 남녀의 이야기를 그린 사이버 로맨스. 97년 방화 최고 흥행작(68만, 전국 150만)으로, 이미 여러번 외화에서 주제곡으로 사용했던 "A Lover's Concerto"가 큰 히트를 하여 국내 영화에선 보기 드물게 OST 앨범이 70만장 팔리는 폭발적 인기를 끌었다. 이 영화는 동일한 형식의 96년도 일본 영화 <하루(ハル)>를 표절했다는 시비도 있었다. 97년 부천판타스틱 영화제 네티즌 초이스상, 97년 대종상 작품상, 신인감독상, 조명상, 편집상, 각색상, 신인여우상, 97년 부산국제영화제 넷팩상, 97년 청룡영화제 최고흥행상, 신인여우상 수상.
